Lots for single wide Mobile Homes upto 18' x 80'. Lot rental is $200.00 per month, which includes city water, trash removal, sewer hookup, well water for irrigation and cable TV. (Electricity and Natural Gas are the responsibility of the tenant.)
All lots have concrete driveways, storage sheds and shade with trees and grass. Membership allows access to the club house and swiming pool. (The pool is open seasonaly.)
This is a semi-retirement park - Adults only (50 & up). No children.
